1. Overview

At Rise Up Sups, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and in compliance with U.S. health and safety regulations, we apply strict return and refund rules as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

This policy exists to protect consumer safety and to comply with U.S. dietary supplement regulations.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or partially used supplements

  • Products with broken or removed safety seals

  • Clearance or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products returned without prior authorization

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The external and internal packaging

  • The shipping label

After verification, we will issue a replacement or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.

5. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was made by Rise Up Sups

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • Rise Up Sups is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
