1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after business hours may be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States only

We do not ship internationally at this time.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may be extended due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping method

  • Delivery destination

Any applicable shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incomplete address

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds are not issued in these cases.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Rise Up Sups is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost:

  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  • Notify us so we can assist with the claim process, if applicable


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.


9. Shipping Restrictions

Due to the nature of dietary supplements:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Shipping may be restricted in certain jurisdictions
