2. One-Time Purchases

Products purchased as a one-time order are billed in full at the time of checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped:

  • The order cannot be canceled

  • Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy

4. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

Subscription changes must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Requests made after this cutoff may apply to the following billing cycle.

6. Subscription Shipments & Returns
